I know I have posted this video from my good friend John Spence before but I have used it with a number of clients and their leadership teams and it is powerful. The sort of video you get different things from each time you watch it. Some questions I have for you;
– Where will you be in 5 years time? Do you have a written plan? What professional/business/personal/family achievements do you want to have had?
– Who are you surrounding yourself with? Are they successful, supportive, clever, positive people you can learn from? Who you hang out with now will be reflected by you in the future.
– Who are your networks or hubs? Both professionally or personally (if they differ)? Who are the key influencers that value what you do and will actively help you to be the best at what you do?
– What are you passionate about in your daily work?
Good questions to ask yourself. What are your thoughts on success?
